Robert recently returned to The Four Seasons as a director of service and pampering. A Brooklyn native, Robert began his career in the 1980s at New York’s legendary Quilted Giraffe. He moved to Japan for 2 years and returned to New York in 1990 to work as a captain at The Four Seasons. He later helped open Nobu New York as the restaurant’s Maître d’. He went on to run the executive dining room at Sony Music for 5 years and helped open Matsuri in Maritime Hotel. He was a manager at Balthazar and opened with Minetta Tavern with Keith McNally. Robert is also a professional photographer with a keen eye for detail, composition and…composure.
