A veteran in the beverage world, Mark Drew is The Four Seasons’ official cheer leader—cheeky pun intended. He has created award-winning cocktails and beverage programs on both sides of the Atlantic. Originally from London, he worked with many of the city’s cocktail bars, private clubs and fine dining restaurants, including Milk and Honey, 23 Romilly Street, The Player, and The Ivy. In 2013, he joined the Hospitality Consultancy Division of New York’s “Critical Mass” agency. He specializes is building beverage programs from the ground up—most recently he developed the beverage program for L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon here in New York.
